  • To do: Look at the light on the front of your TELUS Wi-Fi Hub: solid green, the connection reaches your home.
  • To do: Light not green? Check the power cord and make sure the fibre cable on the back is fully plugged in.
  • To do: Unplug the Wi-Fi Hub power cord for 10 seconds, plug it back in and wait 5 minutes for a solid green light.
  • To do: Test another device, then a computer connected by Ethernet cable: if it works, it's the Wi-Fi.
  • To do: Still down? Run the Health Check tools in My TELUS to diagnose and fix internet and Wi-Fi issues.

Telus Mobile

  • To do: Turn airplane mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it off.
  • To do: Restart your phone so it re-registers on the TELUS network.
  • To do: Remove the SIM card, clean it, reinsert it, then test it in another phone.
  • To do: Check in the My TELUS app that your line is active and your data isn't used up.
  • To do: Check the TELUS Service Status page to see if your area is affected.
