To do: Turn on airplane mode for 30 seconds, then turn it off.
To do: Restart your phone so it reconnects to the BSNL network.
To do: Remove the SIM, clean it and insert it properly. Then test it in another phone.
To do: Dial 123 or open the BSNL Selfcare App to check your balance and plan validity.
To do: Check with BSNL whether a network outage is reported in your area.

BSNL is India's state-owned operator. Its 4G runs on an indigenous network stack, launched nationwide in September 2025 with more than 97,500 towers. In Delhi and Mumbai, service comes from fellow state-owned MTNL, still reported separately by TRAI in August 2026.
