To do: Look at the LED on your Jio Home Gateway: stable green, the connection reaches your home.
To do: LED red, blinking or off? Check the power supply and the cables of the Jio Home Gateway.
To do: Switch the Jio Home Gateway off and on again, then wait for the LED to turn stable green.
To do: Test another device, then a computer plugged in with an Ethernet cable: if that works, it's the Wi-Fi.
To do: Still down? Tap JioCare in the MyJio app, then Run Diagnostics: it also checks for network outages.

Reliance Jio, the telecom arm of Jio Platforms (Reliance Industries), runs a 4G LTE and True5G network and JioFiber. It counted 285M 5G users in June 2026. Jio AirFiber, its 5G fixed wireless service, is not counted below. Jio Platforms filed its IPO papers with SEBI in 2026.
