To do: Look at your Vodafone modem: Power and Internet lights steady green (white modem) or white (black modem).
To do: Lights flashing or off? Check the modem is switched on and the cables are correctly connected.
To do: Turn off your modem for 30 seconds, turn it back on and wait for the lights to settle.
To do: Test another device, then a computer connected by Ethernet cable: if that works, it's the Wi-Fi.
To do: Still down? Check the ONT: Power and PON on, LOS off. If not, call customer care on 1907.
