M1 Internet

To do: Check the lights on your ONT and router to make sure both are powered on.
To do: Lights off? Check the power supply and make sure all cables are securely plugged in.
To do: Switch off the power to your ONT and router, wait about 5 minutes, then switch them back on.
To do: Try another device, then a computer plugged in with an Ethernet cable: if that works, it's the Wi-Fi.

M1 Mobile

To do: Turn on Airplane mode for 30 seconds, then turn it off.
To do: Restart your phone so it reconnects to the M1 network.
To do: Remove your SIM card, clean it and reinsert it. Then test it in another phone.
To do: Check your data, talktime and SMS usage in the My M1+ app and make sure your line is active.

M1 network

M1, launched in 1997, is controlled by Keppel (83.9% effective stake). It runs its own 4G network and shares a 5G standalone radio network with StarHub, through a joint venture IMDA picked in 2020. Its fibre broadband runs on NetLink's national network. M1 serves over 2M customers.
