To do: Check that there are lights on your modem (ONT) and router: if so, both devices are powered on.
To do: No lights? Check the power is on and the fibre patch cord and Ethernet cable aren't bent or broken.
To do: Switch off your ONT and router for at least 3 minutes, then turn them back on.
To do: Try another device, then a computer plugged in with an Ethernet cable: if that works, it's the Wi-Fi.
To do: Still offline? Check MyRepublic's network status page to see if work is under way in your area.

To do: Turn on Airplane mode for 30 seconds, then turn it off.
To do: Restart your phone so it reconnects to the MyRepublic network.
To do: Remove your SIM card, check it for damage and reinsert it securely. Then test it in another phone.
To do: Check in the MyRepublic mobile app that your line is active and your bill is paid up.
To do: Check MyRepublic's network status page to see if maintenance is under way in your area.

MyRepublic Broadband has been a wholly owned StarHub subsidiary since August 2025 and runs on NetLink's national fibre. MyRepublic Mobile owns no network: its 5G has used StarHub since 2022, and its 4G customers, on M1 since September 2020, are moving to StarHub.
