- To do: Look at the lights on your brsk router: they show whether the connection is reaching your home.
- To do: Lights off or unusual? Check all your wires and cables are still connected where they should be.
- To do: Restart your router and the devices connected to it, then wait for the lights to settle.
- To do: Test another device, then a computer connected by Ethernet cable: if that works, it's the Wi-Fi.
- To do: Still down? Check for an internet outage, then message support in the YouFibre app.
