YouFibre Internet

  • To do: Look at the Internet light on your YouFibre Hub: white, your connection is reaching your home.
  • To do: Light off? Check the power cable and the Ethernet cable to the fibre connection box (ONT) are firmly in.
  • To do: Unplug the YouFibre Hub for 30 seconds, plug it back in and wait for the lights to settle.
  • To do: Test another device, then a computer connected by Ethernet cable: if that works, it's the Wi-Fi.
  • To do: Still down? Check the network status in your YouFibre online account (My Account).
