No Internet since Tuesday, today (Friday) lost TV through multi boxes through sky due to Internet. Two autistic kids. Poor phone signal. Operators on phone lovely but keep telling me to reset router and open reach box, Yesterday ordered a new ethernet cable to come today. This all happened after power outage on Tuesday. Won't send an engineer as stated open reach day everything is fine. Absolute joke looking for a new provider

Tried resetting touter and turning power on and off, but have internet without connection. LOS light is red. I'm am 77. No mobile signal at Glaskwyn, SA446QH - isolated property so I cannot access emergency services. My water is pumped, so no running water. Have to drive 10 minutes for a signal to send this message.

I've tried restarting my Router, but having waited for 10 minutes, when I log into the Router it tells me that the Fibre service is up but DSL is disconnected

Internet down since 6am just a red light on router. Reset but doesn't help. Vodafone sort this out.

To do: Look at the front light on your Vodafone Ultra Hub: no light means the hub isn't switched on.
To do: No light? Make sure all the cables are plugged in and the hub is connected to a power source.
To do: Turn off your Ultra Hub at the mains, wait ten seconds, then turn it back on.
To do: Test another device, then a computer connected by Ethernet cable: if that works, it's the Wi-Fi.
To do: Still down? Run the broadband service test in My Vodafone or check the network status checker.

To do: Turn on flight mode for 30 seconds, then turn it off.
To do: Restart your phone so it re-registers on the Vodafone network.
To do: Switch the phone off, wipe the SIM's gold part with a dry cloth, reinsert it and test it in another phone.
To do: Check in the My Vodafone app that your line is active and your allowance isn't used up.
To do: Check the Vodafone Network Status Checker to see if your area is affected.
