To do: Look at the lights on your O2 mobile broadband device: they show whether it's connected.
To do: Lights off or unusual? Check the device is powered or charged and the SIM is in place.
To do: Switch the device off, back on and wait for the lights to settle.
To do: Test another device, then a computer connected by Ethernet cable: if that works, it's the Wi-Fi.
To do: Still down? Check the O2 Live Status Checker for network problems in your area.

To do: Turn airplane mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it off.
To do: Turn your phone off and on again so it reconnects to the O2 network.
To do: Remove the SIM, clean it, reinsert it, then try it in a different O2 phone.

O2 is the mobile network of Virgin Media O2, a 50:50 joint venture of Liberty Global and Telefónica. It also carries MVNOs such as Tesco Mobile and Sky Mobile. O2 sells no broadband under its own name: home customers are pointed to Virgin Media and its cable and fibre network.
