To do: Check the lights on your Optimum Gateway or modem to see if it is powered on and connected.
To do: No lights? Make sure the outlet works and the coax cable is finger tight at the wall and on the Gateway.
To do: Unplug the power cord from your Gateway or modem, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
To do: Test another device, then a computer connected by Ethernet cable: if that works, it's the WiFi.
To do: Still down? In the My Optimum app, tap WiFi, then Troubleshoot my Internet: it searches for outages.

Optimum Mobile

To do: Turn Airplane mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it off.
To do: Restart your phone so it re-registers on the Optimum Mobile network, then check for signal bars.
To do: Remove the SIM card, clean it, reinsert it, then test it in another phone.
To do: In MyMobile, tap My Lines, then My usage to check that your line is active and your data isn't used up.
To do: Check Optimum's outage page to see if your area is affected.
