On October 14, 2026 at around 10:45 AM, T-Mobile 5G Home Internet stopped working correctly. I was able to contact a live human at T-Mobile by telephone who confirmed three antennas near my location were down and engineers were working to resolve it. Communication is spotty at best. At 4:20 PM, over five hours later, issue still exists. First Outage on this service that I have experienced in six weeks of service. I was able to connect this morning prior to this outage.
Have hadT-mobile for about 3 years... This is the second and worse outage I have had. Generally, has been good except for when 50,000 extra people were in the area 2 weeks ago but I guess I expected shotty Internet that week.
