To do: Check the Online light on your Spectrum modem: solid blue or green means the connection reaches your home.
To do: Online light off or flashing? Check the power cord and make sure the coax connections are finger tight.
To do: Unplug the modem and WiFi router for at least one minute, then plug the modem back in first.
To do: Test another device, then a computer connected by Ethernet cable: if that works, it's the WiFi.
To do: Still down? In the My Spectrum App, check for outages, then select Troubleshoot and Restart Equipment.

To do: Turn Airplane Mode on, wait 10 seconds, then turn it off.
To do: Restart your phone so it re-registers on the Spectrum Mobile network.
To do: Turn off your phone, remove and reinsert the SIM card, then turn it back on.
To do: Make sure your Spectrum Mobile SIM or eSIM is active, then check your lines in the My Spectrum App.
To do: Select View Outage Details in the My Spectrum App to see if your area is affected.

Spectrum is Charter's brand. Its fixed network is Charter's own hybrid fiber-coax plant, and Spectrum Mobile is an MVNO on Verizon's network. Charter bought Cox Communications on August 19, 2026, taking Spectrum to more than 70M homes and businesses in 45 states.
